These employees should be given additional training and guidance to increase their value. The Low Performance/High Value category is made up of employees who are not performing well but are bringing value to the organization. These employees should be given additional training and guidance to increase their performance. The Low Performance/Low Value category is made up of employees who are not performing well and not bringing much value to the organization. These employees should be given additional training and guidance or let go.
