The Low Value/High Influence quadrant represents stakeholders who have a lot of influence, but bring little value to the business. These stakeholders should be monitored, but not given too much attention. Examples of stakeholders in this quadrant include competitors and regulators.

The Low Value/Low Influence quadrant represents stakeholders who have little influence and bring little value to the business. These stakeholders should be monitored, but not given any attention. Examples of stakeholders in this quadrant include the general public and the media.
