Marketing Performance Matrix

The Marketing Performance Matrix is a 2x2 matrix used to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns. It is composed of four quadrants that represent the four possible outcomes of a campaign: success, failure, over-performance, and under-performance.

What is the Marketing Performance Matrix?

  1. Success: Campaigns that have achieved their goals (e.g. target number of conversions or desired amount of revenue)
  2. Failure: Campaigns that have not achieved their goals (e.g. failed to reach target number of conversions or generated less than desired amount of revenue)
  3. Over-Performance: Campaigns that have exceeded their goals (e.g. achieved more than target number of conversions or generated more than desired amount of revenue)
  4. Under-Performance: Campaigns that have not achieved their goals (e.g. failed to reach target number of conversions or generated less than desired amount of revenue)

What is the purpose of the Marketing Performance Matrix?

The Marketing Performance Matrix is a 2x2 matrix used to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns. It is composed of four quadrants that represent the four possible outcomes of a campaign: success, failure, over-performance, and under-performance.

The top-left quadrant is labeled “Success” and is used to represent campaigns that have achieved their goals. This could be a campaign that has achieved its target number of conversions, or one that has generated a certain amount of revenue.
