The Strategic Alignment-Value Matrix is a 2x2 matrix used to evaluate the alignment of a company's strategy with its current value. It is used to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. The matrix is divided into four quadrants, each representing a different combination of alignment and value.

The top-left quadrant represents strategies that are both aligned and valuable. These strategies should be prioritized and given the most resources. The top-right quadrant represents strategies that are aligned but not valuable. These strategies should be evaluated and either improved or discarded. The bottom-left quadrant represents strategies that are valuable but not aligned. These strategies should be re-evaluated and re-aligned with the company's overall strategy.
