The Organizational Resilience-Performance Matrix is a 2x2 matrix used to assess the resilience and performance of an organization. It is used to identify areas of improvement and prioritize strategies for organizational growth. The matrix is divided into four quadrants, each representing a different combination of resilience and performance.

The top-left quadrant is labeled “High Resilience, Low Performance” and represents organizations that have a strong ability to adapt to change but are not achieving their desired performance. The top-right quadrant is labeled “High Resilience, High Performance” and represents organizations that are both resilient and successful. The bottom-left quadrant is labeled “Low Resilience, Low Performance” and represents organizations that are struggling to adapt to change and are not achieving their desired performance.
