  1. High Agility: Activities that require quick responses to changing conditions, e.g. customer service, product development, and marketing.
  2. Moderate Agility: Activities that require some degree of flexibility, e.g. project management, operations, and finance.
  3. Low Agility: Activities that require more stability, e.g. legal, compliance, and human resources.
  4. No Agility: Activities that require a consistent approach, e.g. accounting and auditing.
