What is the Strategy Map?

  1. Financial Perspective: Objectives related to the financial performance of the company, such as increasing revenue, reducing costs, and improving profitability.
  2. Customer Perspective: Objectives related to customer satisfaction and loyalty, such as increasing customer satisfaction, improving customer service, and increasing customer retention.
  3. Internal Process Perspective: Objectives related to the internal processes of the company, such as improving operational efficiency, increasing quality, and reducing cycle times.
  4. Learning and Growth Perspective: Objectives related to the development of the employees, such as increasing employee engagement, providing training and development opportunities, and improving employee morale.

What is the purpose of the Strategy Map?
