Each quadrant is scored on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. The scores are then used to determine the overall culture of the organization.

The Innovation quadrant measures how much an organization encourages creativity and innovation. A score of 1 indicates that the organization is not very open to new ideas, while a score of 5 indicates that the organization is very open to new ideas and encourages creativity.

The Control quadrant measures how much an organization values structure and order. A score of 1 indicates that the organization is very rigid and does not allow for much flexibility, while a score of 5 indicates that the organization is very flexible and allows for different approaches to problem solving.

The Support quadrant measures how much an organization values collaboration and teamwork. A score of 1 indicates that the organization does not value collaboration or teamwork, while a score of 5 indicates that the organization values collaboration and teamwork.

The Results quadrant measures how much an organization values results and performance. A score of 1 indicates that the organization does not value results or performance, while a score of 5 indicates that the organization values results and performance.
