What is the Product Design Matrix?

  1. High Features & Design, High Price: Products with high features and design, but a high price (e.g. high-end luxury car)
  2. High Features & Design, Low Price: Products with high features and design, but a low price (e.g. budget laptop)
  3. Low Features & Design, High Price: Products with low features and design, but a high price (e.g. high-end designer watch)
