What is the Talent Maturity Matrix?

  1. Unaware: Organization is not aware of the need to develop talent (e.g. no training programs)
  2. Aware: Organization is aware of the need to develop talent, but has not taken any action (e.g. no training programs)
  3. Developing: Organization is actively developing talent (e.g. training programs, mentorship)
  4. Mature: Organization has a well-developed talent strategy and is actively investing in talent development (e.g. career development plans, leadership development)

The Talent Maturity Matrix is a 2x2 matrix used to assess the current level of talent in an organization.
