  3. Conversion: Number of people who take action after viewing the campaign (e.g. purchase a product or sign up for a service)
  4. Retention: Number of people who continue to engage with the digital campaign (e.g. continue to view, comment, share)

What is the purpose of the Digital Engagement Matrix?

The Digital Engagement Matrix is a tool used to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. It is a 2x2 matrix that divides digital engagement into four categories: Reach, Engagement, Conversion, and Retention. Each of these categories is represented by a quadrant in the matrix.
