What is the Quality-Value Matrix?

  1. High Quality, High Value: Products or services that offer the highest quality and the highest value, such as luxury items.

  3. Low Quality, High Value: Products or services that offer low quality but high value, such as discount items.
  4. Low Quality, Low Value: Products or services that offer low quality and low value, such as knock-off items.
