Just like managing an architectural project from start to finish, in Priority Matrix, we recommend separating the phases of the project so that you can easily track the progress of each phase. Based on the tasks you manage in Priority Matrix and provide a simple way to show your clients where you stand.

Each "project phase template" below includes a few basic tasks to get you started. You can set due dates on these tasks, or upload files to them (even emails) to add more information. You can also delete them, or add your own priorities.
