I can't see my projects-- where did they go?

Chances are you're using a filter that hides some projects. For example, is that project archived? Maybe you accidentally deleted some items?


Can I add or remove seats? How?

Go to your account page, then add or remove your team member's email address in the Team Members box.


Where can I see my invoices?

To access your invoices, visit the account page and click "manage subscriptions." You'll see a list of your subscriptions. Click on each row to see more details.


How do I reset my password?

Please follow this link to change your password. You'll receive a confirmation email -- so be sure to check and confirm the change.


What's the difference between the free and paid versions?

We offer a free trial that includes all features of the app. After that, a subscription will be required in order to continue using the product. Alternatively, you can remain within the limits of the free tier, for personal use.


How can I delete my account?

We're sorry that you're leaving us! Please click here to delete your account and all associated data. Keep in mind that this operation is non-reversible.
